Reminds me of my mother

It feels like my mum has made it. So delicious!! I have tasted many halwas and after my mother passed away I always missed the taste of her hand. She always added milk in carrot halwa and used to roast carrots in ghee. Entire house used to smell of halwa and as kids me and my little sister used to wait for the halwa to be ready and lick every bit off the plate. This halwa is exactly the same. I do not care about the price as long as I am getting this quality.
