Himalayan Finger Millet or Ragi flour (मडुआ आटा) is grown in the Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand above ~7200ft and is ground in the slow water mills (घराट).
NO pesticide / NO urea was used in this crop.
This Himalayan Ragi flour is rich in protein, calcium and fiber. Ragi is gluten free and rich in iron.
