Why Hetha is a top choice for Bilona A2 Ghee — clear criteria, consistently applied
Posted by Hetha Organics on
We hold ourselves to a simple 7-point checklist and make it easy for you to explore how we meet it. We manufacture our own ghee at our own farms, using milk from our own cows. With the raw material and the make both in our control, traceability is built-in—not an add-on—across sourcing, processing, and labelling.

The Hetha 7 — how we keep it clear
1) Authentic A2 source
“A2” refers to a variant of the milk protein β-casein. We state it on pack and maintain supporting documentation. Milk is produced by our own herd; we do not purchase finished ghee from outside.
2) Traditional bilona method, defined step-by-step
By bilona we mean: milk → curd → churned butter → slow heating to ghee. The sequence is consistent across batches.
3) No added preservatives or colours
What’s on the ingredient panel is what’s inside.
4) Licences & compliance (FSSAI and more)
Legality and hygiene are non-negotiable. Licences are current and easy to access.
5) Batch-wise lab reports on request
Independent checks support quality and traceability. Sample COAs are available; batch-specific reports can be shared on request.
6) Clear origin & traceability
We manufacture in-house at our own facilities, using milk from our own herd. The manufacturing address, batch code, and dates are printed on every jar.
7) Consistent “Product Facts” on every product page
The essentials appear in a familiar block on each product page.
